1. Service Description
AngelRadar provides a verified directory of angel investors and early-stage venture capital firms, thesis-fit matching, and access to verified contact channels, operated on a subscription basis. Directory data is provisioned by an automated verification pipeline and does not accept investor self-listing.
2. Accounts & Membership
You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Membership tiers and prices are as displayed at checkout: Free ($0), Founder Pro ($49/month), Syndicate & Fund ($159/month). Prices are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
3. Acceptable Use
Membership grants a personal, non-transferable license to access confidential channels for genuine fundraising or investment activity. You may not: (a) resell, redistribute, or re-publish unmasked contact data; (b) operate bulk automated scraping beyond the documented protocol interface; (c) use the directory for spam, phishing, or harassment; (d) misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
4. Data Accuracy & No Guarantee of Funding
Investor mandates, check windows and portfolio data reflect verified sources at collection time and may change. AngelRadar provides intelligence, not introductions: no outcome, response, or funding result is guaranteed.
5. Billing, Refunds & Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed via the Stripe hosted gateway. You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refund requests within 72 hours of first subscription may be considered at members@angelradar.online.
6. Protocol Access
Programmatic access is provided via the Model Context Protocol endpoint at /api/mcp under reasonable rate limits. Abuse, credential sharing, or sustained automated extraction beyond plan capacity may result in throttling or termination.
7. Liability
The service is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AngelRadar's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
